We are very fortunate to have an outstanding team of professionals on board who are enjoying long and rewarding careers with us. We work hard to create a pleasant, stimulating workplace for our people, with policies and practices that meet their needs,” stated Rachelle Gagnon, Director of Human Resources. In the survey, employees gave Assumption Life high marks for team spirit as well as the feeling of being valued. This is echoed in the 96% staff retentionrate.
The
Progress magazine survey measures employees’ satisfaction based on various criteria, including wages, benefits and overall work environment. The results are then analyzed and compiled according to eight core focuses: leadership and planning, corporate culture and communications, role satisfaction, work environment, relationship with supervisor, training and development, pay and benefits and overall engagement. Employees awarded Assumption Life an overall satisfaction score of 89%.
