Group Disability Insurance

Long-Term Disability

Employee Assistance Program
Our Health Focus employee assistance program is the ideal tool for managers. The goal of the service is to improve health and well-being in the workplace with the help of health professionals who are available at all times. It focuses on the short-term resolution of physical or psychological problems, maintaining employee health and preventing absenteeism.

There is also an Employee Assistance Program to coach workers and lead them to optimal health.

Critical Illness Insurance
Our critical illness insurance allows participants to meet their financial obligations in case of a critical illness.
 
The plan, available as an option for dependants, covers 25 critical illnesses (31 for dependent children). A 24/24 month pre-existing condition clause applies.
 
Upon diagnosis of a covered illness, we will pay the lump-sum benefit as provided in the contract to help cover additional expenses involved in recovering health, such as time off work, traveling to receive treatments or home care.

Rehabilitation Program
The rehabilitation program offers an employee suffering from a disability the chance to gradually re-enter the workforce and the financial impetus required for this reintegration.
