Need a refresher? Our compensation initiative Momentum Bonus encourages you to build sales momentum and reap the rewards; increased commissions! And each year, that bonus will INCREASE if you keep up the great work. By reaching $10,000 in net annualized first year commission (NAFYC) in 2020, you secure a minimum Momentum Bonus commission rate of 15% for the entire year?

Reaching this target makes you eligible for another Momentum Bonus increase in 2021, and your bonus will continue to increase each year – all the way up to 30% – as long as you continue to achieve $10,000 NAFYC each calendar year.
